An abscess with an ulcer at area of left illiac fossa of a diabetic patient. The abscess started as a small painfull swelling. As the disease progress, it become bigger and ruptured, and become an ulcer with swelling, discharge, bleeding and slough. A proper treatment with antibiotic and desloughing are needed for this abscess. A proper control of the Diabetes Mellitus also an important thing to do. Diabetes Mellitus is one of a major heath problem now days. It cause many other problems and complications.
